The cultural island of Bali is the home to many amazing fresh produces. As local Indonesians, we see this as an exciting chance to get to know our own local produce and introduce it to our clients. This challenged us to set up Loh Jinawi to cater our clients who is really passionate to learn about authentic Indonesian dishes as well as its culture. We dare to be different from our mother company in Jakarta, offering our interpretation of Indonesian food, from the west to the most eastern part of Indonesia. We are also committed to using the best locally sourced ingredients for our food and also traditional elements to complete our catering set-up.
